People could fly to cuba right now if they want to help. There isn’t a “blockade”. Donating money to westerners for their travel expenses is a total misallocation of funds right now. Ultimately cuba needs oil but you’d literally be better off booking a flight to cuba and taking as much cash as you can, and giving it out to random poor cubans to help the cuban people than participating or financially supporting this operation. This isn’t gaza. There isn’t a siege stopping food from coming in.
