Yeah, I’ve got NSFW selected in my profile, so why can’t I see it?
I also need help with this. I have 2 phones, strangely 1 blur NSFW content, the other one doesn’t.

In the settings for each particular account you have signed in.

Settings -> <username> settings -> Show NSFW
Done. Images still blurry. From unchecking it, I gather that that option hides all nsfw posts in the feed, it doesn’t blur/unblur them.
The blur was just added in the most recent update, so I’d bet someone will add the toggle for it soon.
