It really won’t. No one is defined by a simple innocent joke they made one time. Saying it does is an insult to everything they’ve accomplished and gone through in life.
I mean shes the one making it her entire personality, and attempting to publicize and monetize it as much as possible. Its not like a cruel nickname pushed on her by the media, she’s actively making it her brand/identity.
You can still call her by her name. You don’t default calling Hugh Jackman “Wolverine” just because it was such a massive part of his acting career and the reason he is so famous.
