This is just Mariner now allowed to exist outside AKS and rebranded. Used mainly if you are running c++ or .net components as unlike a more lightweight distribution like Alpine that ships with musl, it ships with glibc.

Or XCox for short.
They probably only had an Mba.

True, but this was a play specifically on Hindu Yogis not the general Hindu population where many are vegetarian as part of their non-violence beliefs.
And then tweet about it …

Do you need to go world war number one or world war number two?

This site looks like malware. I got a dodgy pop up within a second of following the link.
This is to cater for any resistance that may be encountered.

“When we meet as a team, we discuss these paint points and others in detail, because we want developers to choose Windows.”
Putting aside the “paint points” vs pain points, unless there is some MS Paint aspect I have missed, what about the broader user base who are not developers and simply want a robust OS to run their games and applications without all the AI and telemetry “features”?

Microsoft did the dodgy auto opt-in/up-lift on renewals for non corporate M365 subscriptions to add copilot unless you explicitly went into your account and chose to stay on the non copilot version of M365.

“So you don’t really know how this technology is valuable or applicable to any meaningful use case for UK government agencies, but you want money so that you can work that bit out?”
“Yep. I am currently asking for 100M pounds for a zero percent stake in the company.”
Worst Dragons Den episode ever.
Oh hotdog, you completo me.
You should look into Azure Local, formerly Azure Stack HCI, but it has limitations like no blob equivalent, but I see another commenter has already mentioned Azurite, as it is the solution that can work on some desktops. Azure Stack Hub is more complete but it requires enterprise hw, eg DELL blades etc, to run with mandatory redundancy requirements so not cheap.
