  • DNA is basically your identity. Your health, your ancestry, everything. But its also, not just you. Its your family, past and future. If we start talking the DNA of the dead, and Im pretty sure we already do as the dead have no rights, then at some point someone is going to challenge the right to privacy of the living in this area. After all, we’re all going to die sooner or later, so why not get that sweet, sweet data just now?

Basic harms would be health insurance. If a provider has your DNA, it might show that your great, great granny got cancer. And they use that data to increase your rates. Or worse, deny your treatment, because your granny had the same treatment, and it didnt work.

What about work? Your ancestor has his history of health issues, and so refuses to hire you because you might get that too.

DNA from you or your relatives can also be use to track you, identify you, connect you to certain locations.

But heres the big one. Cancer. Your DNA holds the key to curing cancer. Some company has your DNA, and using your DNA creates a cure for Cancer. They then make trillions of money off of it. And you get fuck all, even though it your DNA. You dont even get to say that it should be given away. Its theirs now.

Also, once a company has your DNA. They have it forever. That you and your family, easily profiled, tracked, and whatever else until the end of time. What if, at some point, some targets you or a descendant with a DNA targeted virus? Science fiction now, but maybe not in the future.

Basically, the damage that can be done is limitless.

Know, that when that doesnt happen, its because youre perpetually online. And what you see is a direct result of what happens when you constantly tell men they arent worth bothering about, or that they have some special gang that lets do whatever they want.

But just you keep on minimizing mens lived experiences… Im sure that wont come back to bite you on the ass at any point. Fucking sexist piece of shit.

Its almost like, we should shit on anyone for having more than we do because being rich in one area, doesnt mean you are in all areas… But the people who talk about “privilege”, are making sweeping statements about the group. Im a man, so therefore I can possibly having any problems. “Wont someone think of the poor straight white man?” is something commonly said about the perpetually online.

When I was a boy, a girl asked me out. I said no, cos I knew she was crazy. To get back at me, she told her friends that I raped her. My “privilege” got me kicked out of school, arrested, beaten up, and eventually stabbed. We talk about no one believing women, but thats bullshit. Men are ALWAYS automatically assumed to be the asshole. But because rich assholes, got away with so much abuse, all of a sudden its “all men” and if you dare say “its not all men”, all of sudden that too is problem.

But the biggest problem? That rape that didnt happen, thats counted as one of the “not convicted” rape statistics. The fact that I wasnt cleared, because how do you prove a negative? Still counts as a rape, even though it didnt happen. Even though I was convicted. I am still part of the state that men get away with rape, because the system hates women. I am considered a rapist, because some girl who couldnt take a rejection on the chin. And yet, apparently the only thing men have to worry about is being embarrassed. Ill remind you again, I was routinly beaten up, and eventually stabbed on the say so of one mixed up teenage girl. THAT is what its like to be a man. Once you get that finger pointed at you, youre fucked. But because rich men can buy their way out of it, all of sudden, we are all scum who get away with it.

People are just people. Men, women, gay, straight, black white, tall, short, fat, thin. All of us have things in the plus an minus column. Calling it “privilege” is an internet buzzword used to attack people. Thats its only function. Just like every other well worn internet buzzword. Boomer or millennial, like the year you were born has any baring on your personality. Honestly, fuck the internet for it its turned so many people into. We spend all our time now, looking for how much a victim we can make ourselves out to be by making others look like cunts. We dont raise ourselves up, we tear others down. And its not even about feeling better about where we are in life, its just about worthless internet points. Likes, shares, subscribes, all while spouting popular things. Its just all so… pathetic.

They youre a fucking idiot. Whatever benefits you have or dont have, are due to circumstance. If I cut your dick off, do you all of sudden lose all your “privilege”? Its a shitty buzzword used to make other people feel like shit, and to shitty people off for their shitty actions. Like all the women screaming about white male privilege, like they werent standing right fucking next to us for hundreds of years.

Yo loser (and the losers who upvoted), male privilege doesn’t mean all men have easy lives

Yo, cunty chops. You might want to take that up with all the people who claim that we are, and do, benefit every day in every way.

The issue of women voting on it, was about the fact that women can and do vote on things that only affect men. I would have thought that was clear? One of half of the country saying that they other had to go and die… And fuck you, for saying “well women couldnt vote there until 1990, hurr durr!”. So that means that its ok for them to have a say whether men do or do not die?

As for men being the issue for other men, no one said it wasnt, fuck face. The point, you dumb fucking prick, is that men do not have it easy, like so many perpetually online morons make out. Everyone has issues. Saying one group has it better is bigotry. Its the same dog shit that has dumb fucking cunts like you claiming that immigrants are stealing all the jobs and raping all the kids. Its wrong, its dumb, and fuck you people for always trying to make complicated issues down to sex, sexual orientation or race. Only a spoon eating cunt does that… And oh look, here you are. Slabbering bullshit through broken teeth and piss poor insults. Get fucked.

Women who moan about that shit are just sexists. Plain and simple.

Male privilege isnt a real thing. Its just rich guys that we all carry the can for. In the real world, we are just as put upon as any other. When complain about social pressures and stigmas, meanwhile men complain about being force to go to war. All the countries below force men to war. To fight, to die. And you just know that if any other countries found themselves in war, theyd be pulling men in with a hover. And in the case of Switzerland, that country had a referendum on forced conscription. And women, a lot of women, voted to keep it even though it didnt affect them.

    Switzerland

    Austria

    Greece

    Turkey

    Cyprus

    Finland

    Denmark

Israel* (men and women serve, but women have exemptions and escape routes men don’t have, so some classify this as quasi male-only)

    Egypt

    Iran

    Syria

    Jordan (inactive but law exists)

    Algeria

    Tunisia

    Morocco (reinstated in 2018)

    South Korea

    North Korea

    Singapore

    Taiwan

    Thailand

    Mongolia

    Uzbekistan

    Turkmenistan

    Myanmar

    Vietnam (rarely enforced on women)

    Angola

    Mozambique

Eritrea (both genders technically, but female service is inconsistently applied; often considered male-dominant)

    Brazil

    Colombia

    Bolivia

    Paraguay

Chile (law applies to both, but in practice conscription is overwhelmingly male)

  • Remove the laugh track, and Ross is a full blown narcissistic sociopath…

Yeah, we all saw that video, mate. It only makes him look like that, because hes pausing for the audience laughter. Its a sitcom… I dont really know what you expect. You take away the LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE and everyone looks like a nutjob.

But even Ben seems to vanish in the later seasons.

You can blame the Sprouse brothers getting more work for that, I would assume. Theres strict laws around how many hours a kid can work, and those kids were starting to gain popularity doing a couple of movies a year. Getting the schedules to line up was probably the main reason. But yeah, it was odd to see not see him show up again. But he was mentioned, most notably in jokes about his absence. Like when Jack says Emma is his first grandchild.

Phoebe is a manipulative bitch who uses quirkiness as an excuse to toy with people.

Rachel is a spoiled disorganized mess

Yes, that was the start of her character arc… You have seen character arcs before, right? You start off at one place. Have a few experiences, make some good and bad choices, learn from those experiences and then ultimately grow into a new version of the character? Does having flaws make a character bad? Some would say that flawed characters are the best characters. For example, Kim Wexler is a deeply flawed character, and one of the best of recent memory.

Chandler regularly uses sarcasm to poke at his friends’ insecurities and belittle them, and masks all of his insecurities with self-deprecating humor instead of actually working to better himself.

    Same answer as Rachel.

Monica’s obsessive need for control regularly leads her to manipulate or bully others, and consistently overshadows her empathy.

    See Rachel again.

Joey was too good for the rest of the characters. His only real emotional flaw was that he never really had any deep romantic connections.

Did you even watch the show?

Also, the show was ultimately about six rich white people, who occasionally cosplayed as relatable lower middle class folk. In a city as diverse as NYC, you would have to work to find a city block so completely deprived of melanin

So, white people cant be friends with only white people? Thats kinda racist, isnt it? Its not like there wasnt any other black people on the show. In the first season monica works with and is friends with a black woman. She just isnt part of the main cast. Do you have the same complaints about Living Single? Or the Fresh Prince? Or any of the other completely black casts of 90s sitcoms? Ill be you dont, cos Reddit never told you to…

They also very clearly lived in a nice part of the city, (some have estimated that Monica’s apartment would run for ~$3-4M when the show was airing) and their financial struggles were only ever superficial to make them more relatable.

So, Im guessing you just got all of this from Reddit? Cos theres loads of reasons not to like friends, and you havent hit any of them. What you have done is hit every single popular thing to say on reddit. Including reddits uncanny ability to miss the mark on all of them. The answer to the apartment was “rent control” and “subletting the apartment from Monicas grandmother”. Things that were brought up in the show REGULARLY. If you really wanted to challenge the cost of living, you would have picked Joey. As he was an out of work actor in a non rent controlled apartment. But even that was addressed by the fact that Chandler basically paid for everything and Joey owed him a fuck load of money. But Joey is the easy one to go after in this complaint, not Monica and Rachel. But reddit users are dumb as fuck, so there you have it.

Honestly, its the racism in your post thats so very disturbing. That white people MUST have a token black friend, or they are considered racist.

In a city as diverse as NYC, you would have to work to find a city block so completely deprived of melanin.

Greenwich Village(where friends is set) is part of Community District 2. And in the 90s CD2 had a population of 94,105. Of that, 2,941 (3.1 %) were non‑Hispanic Black/African American. So… no. It wasnt that diverse. Not where Friends was set. You need to go back to Reddit, bro beans. Youre stinking up the place with incorrect nonsense. Have a great day!

  • Its not a contest, but we are surrounded on all sides by the dumbest of cunts who wanted to get asthma as a kid, because inhalers looked cool… Everyone wants to be special, and for some dumb as fuck reason, a lot of people thinking being in some way impaired makes them special.

ADHD, autism, lgbt, depression, all the things that people love to claim they are, while doing nothing associated with actually being those things. And then someone always chimes in with… “It presents differently in some people…”. lol.
