I mean I’d say the TERFs willing to ally themselves with reactionary neo conservatives and literal, open Neo Nazis just because they hate trans people so much, are the ones who actually hate women.

Trans women are doing more to advance feminism and women’s rights for all women than TERFs ever will. In fact, their willingness to ally with these right wing group means TERFs are actually HARMING and REGRESSING women’s rights for everyone.

  • He wasn’t really a scapegoat, he is the one who caused it to tip over. Both corporations and citizens were polluting the lake, seemingly legally in the absence of regulation, or at least enforcement. After the critical state of the water was discovered by Lisa, everyone, including, Burns stopped dumping waste in the lake. It would have started to slowly recover over the next couple of months-years, as the newly introduced anti pollution regulations were (at least initially) effective.

Homer was the only one who actually illegally dumped waste, and he did so in full knowledge of the consequence, and for literally no other reason that he wanted to eat donuts after the health department shut down the donut shop.

He’s not solely responsible for the pollution, but he is solely responsible for adding the straw that broke the camels back, and he did so in full knowledge of the severity of the consequences, and for utterly banal and selfish reasons.

It’s almost certainly against cloudflares tos, and against the open source license terms for the website, so if cloudflare gets wind about you doing this, they can probably send you a cease and desist, and then cancel your contract with them.

If they’re really pissed, and you run a decently large site that regularly runs into errors, they might be able to successfully argue slander in court.

  • Privacy concerns aside, saying the glasses are literally useless is objectively wrong. They do provide functions that go above what a regular phone can do, and having a hud and hands free interaction at all times is objectively convenient.

You can argue that those convencies are very minor, and that they don’t even remotely begin to justify the creepiness of constantly recording (and particularly, no reliable way for someone to tell if they’re being recorded), which I entirely agree with. The things are pieces of shit, and everyone who buys one is a dick. But claiming the glasses are equivalent to a toy serious is just objectively wrong.

If you’re arguing against something, and misrepresent the nature of that thing in your argument, it just makes the whole argument appear weak and contrived. You should always strongman whatever you’re arguing against, not strawman it. If it’s truly bad, you shouldn’t need strawman arguments to argue convincingly that it IS bad.

I’ve directly answered every single comment you made. Every single one. You’re literally just making shit up now. You’re clearly arguing in bad faith, and I’m not going to engage with you anymore. You’ve notably also yourself provided ZERO sources for any of your claims that disclaiment would’ve been the wrong choice. Your literal only source is “they didn’t chose it, and they couldn’t possibly have been wrong”. According to that dumb ass logic, expert financial analysts at Blockbuster deciding to not buy Netflix must’ve been the right decision.

Come back when you’ve learned to argue at a level above a C- high school student.
