Notesnook looks very nice but is Pakistani, right? Does anyone have any other good European suggestions? I’ve been using Joplin for a while but feel that it’s a bit clunky.

9·3 months agoI ditched my iPhone for a Fairphone 6 with /e/OS. That was over six months ago now, but I’m still very happy about the switch!
Also bought some new winter boots last week. Swedish brand (Sneaky Steve), produced in Portugal.
Baby steps are also steps 😘

3·4 months agoI completely agree. I got the FP6 with /e/OS like half a year ago and I love everything about it except the camera. I basically stopped taking photos now and borrow my partner’s iPhone for photos instead… 😢

7·4 months agoI started doing this for purely moral reasons roughly a year ago, knowing that it was most likely not the best economical decision for my investments. But now I’m starting to believe that you could be right.

8·5 months agoThe scanning of the QR code is unfortunately a bigger issue than one can imagine. Takes slightly longer and is slightly more complicated than just blipping your credit card. Enough so to dissuade most people to use it.

5·5 months agoI’m afraid you’re wrong. We’ve had something very similar to Wero in Sweden since 2012 - it’s called Swish. It helps, but it unfortunately doesn’t get rid of the need for visa and mastercard.
Great! I might give it a try this weekend. They have a free trial after all.
Does anyone have any experience with Zeitkapsl? I switched to Ente almost a year ago and am generally happy with them, but I’d rather support a European company if they’re offering more or less the same solution.
All the banking apps I’ve tried and use regularly work perfectly on my FP6 with /e/OS.
Fairphone 6 is great by the way! Coming from a long time iPhone user.
