Switch ublock to advanced mode and you can block third party stuff by default. Many websites will break but you can whitelist stuff easily

You don’t need a new install, I actually found it useful having cosmic installed when KDE wasn’t working, I could just start it from the alt f2 cli

Just reinstalled it for the third time. The expansion is great if you like the main game.

Just like selfhosting email I suppose, point the domain and add mx records etc. I self host Addy which is a service that does that
