My understanding is this is essentially a hotly fought over area, or nearby a contentious area. That’s why there’s so many cables going through here:all the drones that were flown past this area.
Feel like they’re ignoring the fact that these massive protests are a sign of contention and the point is to not devolve into complete violence. We do need to make it harder for him to convince others that we are not unruly people, but people protesting actual grievances.

For me, its the weird close ups that make it weird. Removing that it would be slightly less weird and a kind of statement indicating that these crew members are very professional.

TLDW: Foxhole allows the environment to change in ways other games don’t (snow causing direct death, visibility problems, rain causing mud which slows units down etc. ), and also providing options for dealing with these environmental concerns, gives off a realistic war feeling. This in combination with the fact that foxhole allows and requires players to participate in all aspects of fighting a war (material extraction, weapon manufacturing, transport manufacturing, transportation, building of defenses, actual fighting), help provide a feeling of participating in a war that other milsims don’t show.
Admittedly, I feel like this game doesn’t satisfy what people are looking for in a milsim. Foxhole is a top down shooter, while most milsims are over the shoulder 3rd person or 1st person with a huge focus on tactics and execution. Foxhole seems to pull out a bit more, still allowing tactics planning and execution, but overal strategy and logistics are also added into the game.

"wow these ukrainians really abused the crap out of these people, they’ll even lie about the fact that they were brutally abused! Maybe we have to be more violent to our captured areas.

Thank you!

All this is blowing my mind. How interesting

What’s are private teachers? How do they reward long term seeding?

Pretty good idea actually. I won’t find out at bifl if a product is bad, this will help bridge that gap
Thank you so much! I’m excited to try this out!
Admittedly, I haven’t tried Non-linux GoG games but I’ll try Proton Tricks. Thank you so much Perfect!
This info is crazy good. You said you play a lot of games from GoG on your steam deck. I play on Linux, but it seems many GoG games are for Windows only. How do you manage it with the steam deck? Do you just play the Linux compatible ones?

Shifter on youtube has a video on rain ponchos that may be an alternative to rain pants: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLM_mTUuHlc TLDR he likes them all, he uses the people’s poncho the most: https://www.thepeoples.co/products/navy-poncho He doesn’t indicate how well they prevent your pants from getting wet so that’s the only thing you should confirm before deciding on a poncho instead of water proof pants.

Yeah the explosion looks bigger there. Is there a reason they’re so sensitive? My understanding with anti tank mines is they should intentionally ignore infantry in order to focus on damaging tanks and vehicles. Or is this just the cheapest/easiest way to make anti tank mines in this war? Make mines strong enough to destroy a tank and hope infantry don’t run into first?

Hey, welcome to the Linux family! I think you’re overthinking things a bit.
try Cinnamon and all version if you like. Load them on a USB and run them from there. You’ll get an idea of how will they run. Whichever you like, install in your PC.
my understanding is dual boot only needs space for the OSs. They aren’t running at the same time, so you should be fine.
tbh I don’t know. My recollection is it wasn’t as easy as I wanted because in order to dual boot you basically are utilizing something from Windows, meaning if you delete it, you will have problems.
In my computer I have Windows 8 dual booted. I didn’t use it but I’m to lazy to remove it lol

That seemed like a small explosion for an anti tank mine, no? Also, should it really have gone off on infantry?
There doesn’t have to be reason for it to help, all that matters is that there isnt a sufficient enough of am evolutionary hinderance to prevent reproduction. The octopi reproduced, so their traits pass on.

I don’t feel Deadlock is much of a direct competitor considering that it has a lot of shooter elements, and less MoBa elements. LoL and Dota are definitely strong competitors though.
Dota 2 still. I still suck, but I hope I’m slowly learning.
I have friends that I play with that make it enjoyable, despite the smurfs and bad matchmaking.
The monster x Hunter event is pretty cool
