I realised the problem! I was using Sync which doesn’t seem to support Piefed. I’ve just installed Summit and I can now see all the Piefed communities in my search. Thanks for your help!

I like being on lemmy and I’ve managed to find piefed instances I have subscribed to so they’re part of my feed, but can anyone tell me if it’s possible to view piefed instances in my “all” view that I’m not subscribed to? I want to be seeing eveeeerything! Thank you!

Can you see your GP immediately? Like, when my partner has a seizure that lasts more than 2 minutes I’m meant to call an ambulance, but do you have to talk to your GP first?

Anyway, where I am in England it’s pretty difficult to get a routine appointment. 2-3 week waiting times. I’ve been having panic attacks and couldn’t speak to my doctor to get help; I completely understand why someone would go to A&E for help with this because you feel like you’re dying and who else can help if your GP can’t see you?

How did you know they were going to do that?

Well, they used to encourage loyalty because it was feasible to collects points and convert them into tangible things (e.g. My parents used to get trips to theme parks etc). Points are almost worthless now so there’s no incentive to stick with one shop. I end up going to 3 or 4 different shops to get what I need due to price.

That sounds like they don’t like the flavour, rather than the heat? I noticed when I was in the US that so many things were flavoured with cinnamon and it’s a very rich and overpowering taste. Like everything is suddenly a biscuit. Even toothpaste.

I think the extra mild is targeted at families with young children. But yeah, even as a kid my parents gave me hot curries so who knows.
