A lot of india doesn’t have the same resources though. Laborers tend to not have protections when working outside, a lot of public transit and homes and offices don’t have AC.

Even with more ACs around I still see a lot more swamp coolers or nothing at all for a large subsection of society.

All that to say there are definitely differences in quality of life in CA at 51C than a lot of india at 48C

I mean I see this all the time but those people tend to either have the tribal knowledge or specialist expertise to keep things moving when we hit snags. It’s not obvious until the obvious or textbook solutions to problems run out

This is amazing! I’m so glad other countries are picking up manned space flight. And it’s not just some suborbital launch but actually docking with the space station

At 100 watts that comes out to 72 kWh, in CT where I live rates are waaaay higher then what I calculate your rate to be (around 2.5 cents per kWh)

For me a 100 watt server is about ~$22 a month to run.
