If you’re used to Windows, I really recommend Linux Mint. I found it pretty easy to install, and once installed you sometimes almost forget you’ve changed your operating system :)

Everything is made in France or Portugal from Western European fabrics. Their boxer briefs and their socks (cotton or wool) are amazing; I’m still waiting for them to make brassieres :D

I’m super close to my neighbours. We help each other out constantly. We also managed to plant several fruit trees next to the building, so we make cakes and jelly relatively often with the fruit, spending the afternoon together while they simmer. Also, we have a Signal group, and that’s cool.

I didn’t hate it. I liked it. I didn’t love it tbh and was disappointed because it had been overhyped in my opinion.

I think R.F. Kuang is a glorious writer if 1/ you like worldbuilding and extensive exposition and 2/ you don’t mind messy and underwhelming endings.

I believe someone had asked for it and they said it was nearly impossible. You’d be able to do it in a single given app maybe, but the « download an episode by default » system, the (wonderful) variety of podcasting apps, and the variety of podcast ad services all make it nearly impossible. It’s somewhere in the issues!
