  • This kind of reads like a catholic who brought their kids to mass their whole childhood and disbelieves that catholic priests are child molestors because they never molested your child. They don’t prey on children with present caring parents who don’t leave their children unsupervised. They prey on solitary, neglected, vulnerable children, or for catholics those who are willing to trust a priest alone with them. In roblox it’s the same but without the implicit trust of an authority figure. The pedos probably avoided you. You didn’t somehow dodge the shady shit, you inadvertently created a bubble of safety that prevented your kids from being preyed upon because there’s so much easier prey around.

    1. No it’s not. You can tell you’re rotating using internal sensors alone, unlike linear velocity. Just because the magnitude of the earth’s rotation is small compared to our biological sense of rotation doesn’t mean rotation is relative the same way linear motion is. You’re drawing a false connection between the fact that you can’t tell if you’re accelerating under gravity or not to rotation, which is fundamentally different. Also you don’t rotate with units of linear velocity, but with units of angular velocity. The earth rotates at about 0.0042 deg/s, which is very slow. You rotate many orders of magnitude faster than that rolling over in bed or turning your head.

    2. The universe having a nonzero total angular momentum does indeed imply an axis of rotation, but our theories don’t explicitly rule that out. Given the size of the universe, the rate of rotation would be inconceivably small compared to the earth, and extremely difficult to measure. Most of my problem with your statements on this point is you’re assuming current hypotheses to be confirmed fact set in stone, which is not true.

That’s intentional. They don’t really want anyone to fix their cars because they see it as bad for their bottom line. The best outcome for the car manufacturers is to make a car that is completely irreparable, forcing even a minor failure to require full replacement. The problem, as always, is capitalism.

  • Hentai has a story though. The characters have experiences and respond to them. There is a continuity to it. It wouldn’t be nearly as popular if it was just random variations on a theme for every image. That’s super fucking boring. It’s not about how real or true the images are, it’s about how good the story is at making us feel horny. AI gen slop can’t even tell a coherent story at all.

  • Yeah. I ran into some ai generated porn a while ago without realizing it immediately and initially it was certainly very hot. Once i realized what it was my interest died completely and I realized the flaw with ai gen porn is the complete lack of narrative continuity, especially in the meta sense. You will only ever get the first thing you see and maybe some similar looking derivatives. You’ll never get it to make a true story exploring ideas and boundaries, or even just being able to make the same character consistently, let alone in different circumstances or within a larger meta context. It’s the most soulless art possible. It says nothing and it means nothing, and people are going to realize they care about those things when the novelty wears off.
