Only socks with shoes. Can’t wear shoes without socks, but once the shoes come off the socks have to as well.
This is one of the ADHD symptoms that just doesn’t align with my particular flavor of “can’t sit still disease.” I’ll get hungry and it’s all I can think about. And it happens often.
