  • Pretty easy to brew. I got a big jar going from a bottle of GT’s last year before I knew anything about the working conditions. I steep black tea with lots of sugar and let it cool to room temperature before adding it. Then keep it above 70° F with cheesecloth over the opening to keep out bugs. Let it sit for a couple weeks.

    I haven’t done the research on other companies yet. Maybe there’s a good one?
