I’ve had great success using 2.5% salinity for most batches. My understanding is that 2% is about the bottom range of what’s safe. You might try salting til it tastes good, figuring out what percentage that is, and try a ferment at that salinity. If it doesn’t work you’ll know.

Gitaroo Man is a pretty deep cut thats hard to find, but I lost plenty of hours in that game. If you find a copy let me know…my disc is torn to shreds.

As others have said, spring for the OLED at the lowest storage tier, refurbished if you want to save a few extra dollars and have patience.

The ssd upgrade is easy to do and on the wallet. Another minor upgrade I’d suggest are PlayVital back button covers…makes those a lot easier to use.

i THINK that whoever marked up the photo he’s holding was trying to indicate that the symbols tattooed on his knuckles represent the characters M-S-1-3, not that the letters themselves are tattooed on his knuckles.

I’ve really enjoyed Balatro too. My only critique is that I wish that it was a little more balanced in terms of deck/hands vs jokers. Since it’s poker based, having some more incentive to chase big hands would be nice…instead, the game pushes you to building out your jokers and playing high cards and pairs - if you want to progress, anyway.

That said, scoring multiple thousand point combos on a high card hand is pretty satisfying.

I beat Metroid: Zero Mission a few weeks ago (that’s probably the 7th game I’ve completed in 30+ years of gaming hahah) and I’m thinking of going through the rest of the series.
