Some advice I heard was to keep important docs in the lower half of the room to reduce fire damage risk, because heat goes up if you go higher. Other than that, most storage containers don’t seem to help a lot against fire, unfortunately.

If you store the documents lower, water is a higher risk though.

Glad to inform you that these days many Rakuten Sellers just use it as a second front-end. Logistics are handled by Amazon, often the package is Amazon wrapped. Not all, but based on my sample around 2/3.

It’s massively inconsistent, lacks good defaults, stuff moves around everywhere, sizing is off. It’s just a grown project that lacks a serious effort to work on the UX. It’s free to use of course, but I think in 2026 the standards are just different

I wish it were as reliable as libreoffice, hopefully in a future release.

Current state: libreoffice has a terrible UI but works. OnlyOffice has a great UI but only works when I don’t need it urgently
