not me holding myself back to spin up a piefed server
OOP programming in PHP is pretty fun, keeping up with it’s deprecations and vulnerabilities is not
I love these so much thanks! On YouTube there’s also a ton in video format, like this one by Brian May.
That episode was probably one of the best in the series! If someone’s wondering: Game Changer by dropout S7E1

Nice, good luck with the migration! I’ll be keeping an eye out where to subscribe
Brings up the question if there should be a migrate community option on the back-end

3·1 year agoBig companies profit from the labour of hardworking creatives. I’m just wondering how a company of their size can make good games with an incompetent leadership.
I’m saying making games with budgets like theirs should be a dream and the results should be insane, but it’s up to management to make it happen. Instead they choose to rid themselves of talent and pocket the money.

23·1 year agoWould their size not be their detriment? I’m sure the people working there are passionate and want to deliver great quality experiences, but it also feels like games made by committee. Lacking soul and overarching vision, combined with a cash grab because all those people need to be paid.

6·1 year agoUsing shellcode it’s possible to get persistent RCE using less then 100 bytes, don’t let one bad attempt at obfuscation cloud your judgement. Size does not matter.
You could try adding your community to https://lemmy-federate.com/. The site lets admins add their instance and a bot account on each subscribes to them all to make them available faster on all instances.
Either way, they might need to clear their federation queue if it’s a server issue.
