I just said I have. I have to agree the cars without power steering I drove did feel less safe, but not because of a lack of power steering. Instead I think they felt that way because they were old and had worn out bushings, giving me less control over the steering. This has nothing to do with power steering.

If someone hit you while going slow neither of you were paying attention. This will happen with power steering, too.

ABS is much more important and provides way more benefit than power steering does.

I used to drive a small hatchback without power steering, once you’re going walking speeds it is easy enough to steer. It’s really only a problem when standing still or driving super slow (not a danger to anyone).

Every time I read about players bitching about difficulty, I wonder why they’re so persistent. Either git gud, or move on. There’s plenty of games out there to play instead.

I tried dark souls and realized that kinda game isn’t for me. Neither is getting over it, or anything like that. I just want to lean back and relax, and I don’t want to mess with tight timings and stuff like that. I just play puzzle games because of that, and I thoroughly enjoy it.

Why do they feel the need of forcing themselves through an experience they don’t enjoy? FOMO? Bragging rights? I really don’t get it.

Granted, Niri is super lightweight and lacks A TON of features you’d expect from Plasma or GNOME. But it’s still a DE, no?
