Second Ruri Rocks, it’s amazing. Also you’ll learn a bunch!

Makeine has some great light and shadows, it’s a beautifully directed show. Not fantasy but really well written as well.

Yeah you could go either way, it handles tone control excellently. It’s got everything!
Winter season looking pretty good, I’m excited for Medalist and Frieren the most. I need to catch up on Oshi No Ko that’s coming back too

Dungeon Meshi is so good, i cannot wait for season 2. I haven’t read the manga but season 1 was incredible.

All involve writer Jukki Hanata, who worked on “A Place Further Than The Universe” I’m pretty sure, and are all emotional bangers.
These two are my favorite action shows, strong political overtones and actual ends to the stories, very satisfying. Same creator for both.

Gushing Over Magical Girls.

Jumping into the deep end, lol. It’s a great watch, I hope you enjoy it. The manga just came out of hiatus and we’re supposed to get a second season at some point.
I admit to liking a lot of ecchi comedy, there’s a lot of good shows under that umbrella. This, 100 Girlfriends, My Dress Up Darling, Panty & Stocking, etc. I’m a romcom addict in general and many of them are rather horny.

Everyone is warning about the NSFW aspect of the show, and they’re not wrong, but it’s actually quite good, imo. Story is good, characters and comedy is great, op and Ed are bangers. It does have very explicit (though censored) lesbian scenes and a lot of nudity though. I recommend it if you like ecchi comedies, though I see why people can’t handle it.

It’s really ramping up now, I just finished the first cour. I loved Gurren Lagann and PSG, Kill la Kill feels like the midpoint between them, perfect mix of silly, exciting, and sincere. Probably won’t take me long to finish, I’ve been blasting through it.

I just cannot watch Yano-kun take so much injury. It feels like it’s too much, lol. It’s not charming, it’s sad and maybe he’s got a disability or something, clearly taking a lot of blows to the head.

Excited to have Spy x Family and Ranma 1/2 back, looking forward to much silly action from them this season.
Of the new shows I’ve seen so far, I enjoyed My Awkward Senpai quite a bit, office romances can be hot or miss but this one’s off to a good start at least.
Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota also had a decent first episode, though the episode was like 60% slideshow. Budget seems a bit low.
My Little Sister’s Friend Has It In For Me looks nice and is funny, but the premise seems a little problematic. We’ll see where it goes.
I gotta finish Pretty Derby S3 and catch up on Cinderella Gray too.
Unrelated to the new season, I am halfway through Kill la Kill, what a blast.

Yeah the ending fell a little flat because we don’t really know too much about Kaoruko. Everyone else has more development.

Super stoked for more GBC. Underrated gem.

Mark Wahlberg in The Happening.

It’s maybe my favorite new show this season. I’m so in the bag for Suzu.
Is he also very stretchy?

I… I was thinking of a different “WAP”.
I’m reasonably convinced that the flat earther explosion was at least encouraged by nefarious actors to see what dumb shit people will actually believe. I feel like the flat earth videos on YouTube are directly related to the recent rise of the extreme right, it primed so many of these people to reject reality so completely.
